XO Have I Ever ("XO", the "App") is a party game. By using the App, you confirm you meet the age rating requirements and agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

XO provides party card prompts and game flows, including optional AI-generated prompts. You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, and not to use it with or around minors.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

Prohibited conduct

  • Do not use the App if you do not meet the age rating requirements.
  • Do not harass, threaten, or endanger others.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass paywalls, or interfere with the App’s security.
  • Do not submit content that is illegal or that violates someone else’s rights.

Subscriptions & purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play and managed in-app through RevenueCat. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at purchase time. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account.

Content & AI

AI-generated prompts may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not match your intent. You are responsible for how you use the App and for any content you choose to enter. Do not enter sensitive personal information into AI prompts.

Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (such as Google Firebase/Gemini, RevenueCat, and the app stores). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes from gameplay.

XO is entertainment only. Please drink responsibly if alcohol is involved, and never drink and drive.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
